Thank you for everyones responses.
I cleaned and inspected the rails before they went back on and they
were fine. No rust what so ever. Never had a problem before now.
The injectors came from GoWesty and 2 yrs old now. The rubber is good
for sure. When the issue first surface the Mechanic who did the work,
clamped the the hell out of it. I can see the rubber bulging out now.
I am going to loosen since I know that's not the problem. Possibly in
his over tightening he may have damaged the injector rubber?
Of the two options, I like Dennis's solution. It's simple, easily
available and easy to fix. Andrew Libby on the Samba suggested
exactly the same thing. It seems easily available and I don't have to
wait for parts to arrive. Thought the Harbor Freight product does look
promising.
I am thinking that the T's that connected in the middle get high
pressure fuel hose with injector clamps. The end of the joined T's are
the feed and return? The two center units of the T are the injectors.
All hoses get there injector clamps and the job is done.
Now should I expect any performance issues?
