Heh. Seat belt buzzer, eh?

I think somebody did some significant fiddling with my '84 Wolfsburg Westy before I adopted it last May.

I have a seat belt light, but no buzzer. Haven't checked whether there's wiring in the latch.

And I don't have a key-left-in buzzer. Was that in there originally?

I've also wondered about my instrument cluster: I like having a tach, but do I gather it wasn't stock in '84?

I had a similar experience in Napa, California, last week. I was biking back from errands to where my Westy was parked, when I saw a brown Westy go through the intersection ahead. And it had a Fiamma bike rack on the back. For more than a few seconds, I was sure somebody had stolen my camper!

Until I noticed it wasn't the Wolfsburg two-tone paint scheme. What a relief!
