Good call John, I pmailed the same thing to Z. I have seen that a few different times. Once, the van was run anyway and the disc fell apart jamming up the works and not allowing any clutch travel. Maybe he has done something in the assembly process that causing this.  I don't know, I never seen this happen.  The slave is good, the pedal starts engaging high enough but it stops about two inches before the floor. Anyone? Zoltan
