One side effect of driving at the "sweet spot" is loss of direct contact with the road. Drifting around corners is more in order, and if the road offers any surprises, well, you won't be able to make adjustments until a more solid, and rougher, contact with the road is established. In other words slow down if you get the gut message that something is out there in the bushes or around the bend...Caveat Coegi...
