The word fraud comes to mind.

I have on more than one occasion noticed VW vans for sale on the same venue where the interior photos did not quite match the exterior photos. Buyer beware, to say the least. A few days ago a Westy sold there that the seller described as restored better than new. Though he showed about 20 photos none were of the interior fabric area of the bed/bench. He had just called me a few days before the auction, looking for a Westy bed with good striped fabric, saying he had one that was kinda trashed. I told him no. I wonder what the buyer will be getting for his $12,000?
