That's a very generous offer.

For just a bit more, Mouser has extended temperature range (-55 C to + 125 C) ones. They should be more robust in an automotive environment than the standard temperature (+85C) ones. Solid tantalums are a good choice for this application, as they don't have a known aging mechanism (they tend to fail less over time when not run at extremes). Electrolytics (which I believe the originals were) do, and are usually rated for only 1-2K hours of life.
