I must say that I've enjoyed the same excellent service from Van Cafe on a number of occasions. A couple of years ago when I was in Santa Cruz (on a trip from Colorado) I even made it a point to stop by and visit with them and tell them how much I appreciated their service. Nice to know others also have good experiences with such a great vendor.

>>>Top Notch Service Once Again

Anticipating a problem (see earlier headlight post) this morning I ordered a part from Van Cafe, wanted it before this weekend. And got the usual response, shipping notice less than two hours later. But in the meantime I'd solved the problem (blown fuses) and now I didn't need the part. So I emailed and asked, if it was possible and the package hadn't been picked up yet, if I could cancel the order. Less than an hour later I get the email, order canceled and credit card charges reversed. Damn I like doing business with those guys in Santa Cruz<<
