Robert, An '88 turned up at our local yard a few months ago and the fuel rails were just some of the goodies I scavenged.  I have not yet needed them (yet) and if the pieces are interchangeable side-to-side I can probably get by keeping one as a spare and letting you have the other one.  I pulled these from a junked van and have no proof of condition other than they appear to be okay, if that is good enough for you.

PM for further discussion.

Update, Just called my local VW dealer and was told they are no longer available.

We need a metal unit made to replace the plastic.

I am wondering if something for another vehicle might fit it?

Do rails from any other VW cars from the late 80's work as a replacement?

Thanks, Robert
