I think Maggie hit the nail on the head without even realizing it! It is melted rubber (mine haven't melted yet) And Mrs. Squirrel's nail polish remover should remove it. Time to raid the cosmetic case again. grab the nail file and little scissors for your tool box while your there. :) Did you try nail polish remover Maggie??
