at least you are still here to relate the story !~

Not that I think propane is so hazardous , but I can just imagine a sleepy vanagoner, late at night, trying to get a few more miles in ........ slowly, ever slowly the van interior fills with propane.......the music from the stereo plays on and on ...... the driver passes out eventually ?

btw, I have a marine 12 volt propane shut off valve, that is brand new, cost me 55 bucks, and I have never used. It screws into a standard propane bottle fitting, like where you'd connect a hose for an appliance to a propane bottle. I'd sell if it if anyone is interested. I'd use it to have shut off control of the propane at the tank, without having to be outside there by the tank, and close or open the valve. hmmm.........I see it says 'for automotive use only' on it. ( but I bought it at a marine store ) it has threaded pipe connections so can be plumbed in anywhere. if interested , let me know, pmail. Scott
