Hi Greg, That last bolt was also used on the timing belt cover on mid-80's VW inline 4's. I recognize it from my wife's 1985 Cabriolet. If there's a wrecking yard near you it should be easy to source a replacement. Take along a 6mm allen wrench for the trip. If you're lucky enough to find a late-80s jetta, grab the rear seat belts as well, they'd be a good upgrade from the stock 87 rear belts.
