ALL the tanks I have been able to find and get in here come from Taiwan. AND, yes there have been some that have leaked due to poor welding at the in and out tubes and spot welds. PITA to remove the 60 litres of fuel and find a shop to weld the defects. Suppliers have send new tanks but no compensation for time lost. Leaking tanks repaired are the only compensation ! WoW ! If GoWesty can get better tanks out of Denmark then that would be good !

>>>>>>>GoWesty tells me they're ordering new gas tanks from Denmark - say they're better quality and that they've heard of new tanks leaking right out of the box. Anyone had that happen before? I'm in the market for a new tank and I want to make sure it's good quality. I've seen prices range from $60 to $165 to $200, but it's really hard to tell WHERE these tanks are coming from.<<<<<<<
