Here is the reply I got from the seller when I inquired about the "windows":

"what appears to be windows is from an old photo when there were mirrors installed on the inside paneling. They have since been removed and the seats are also different than in the older photos. call me if you are a serious buyer."

Unless my vision is playing tricks on me, this is clearly a lie. In the photo where the fridge is a bit upper left of center, you can see that the sidewalk and grass line seen through the driver's door window match quite perfectly with the "mirror"...

If I am correct, and the seller is lying about this one thing, who knows what else?

If you look carefully at the roof in the shot from the r rear corner you can see the skylight at the back of the van. The photo is overexposed there.

I would guess that the seat photos were taken at different stages of the interior build. Note the panelling also changes but the fine wood behind the front seat appears in all the photos.
