Yes, the 86+ wiring is upgraded to more fuses and more wires for the same circuits so fewer things share a fuse. Typically there are about 25 fuses in the 86+ dash while 80-85 have about half as many. The 86+ use the standard modern automobile fuse FF, ATC.
