Wife sold three of my project Mercedes in one day and all three ran! In her defense I had six.

We had a long discussion (lasted several days) and we came to an understanding. I keep my hobby in control and she stays away from my cars! Also, she can buy & drive anything she wants.

So she drives a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and I have my 77 Vette, 76 BMW R75/6 (motorcycle) and 1992 Harley-Davidson & I'm currently looking for a Vanagon or a bay window Westy. Oh, and she bought me a new Jeep Liberty last year because she couldn't stand seeing me drive 40,000 + / year in an "old car". I guess I can't complain too much.

Thanks, Tom Hargrave 256-656-1924

dear clunkers

it should have been mandatory to provide an actual photo of the vehicle there was in my recall a few Rolls Royce that had some rust issues and some jags with leaky fuel systems ... but nearly 300 vanagons is simply a tragedy ... lots of ridiculous vehicles listed .. i see many people coming home from where ever they were and finding out that a previously significant other is driving a new vehicle and their project is gone oh well
