If you are looking at the van from rear...about 1 o'clock you see the fuel
ine go into the firewall(from the engine bay) into a plastic piece.  Un
screw the pieced from teh firewall and pull it towards you.  Then hold onto
the hard piece of line and remove the rubber fuel line.  Then run just one
piece where you had two.  Put a piece of graden hose or something over the
fuel line where it passes through the firewall to protect it and clamp both
ends.  Done.
