I wish you were right Karl. No the CARB won't even look at an application(which we sent in 3 years ago) for an OBDII vehicle. They defer immediately to the BAR, which means there is no possible way to obtain blanket exemption for our customers. It was completely different for Kennedy as the 2.2 is OBDI, which you can still get an executive order for as of my last interaction with them. Things have changed for the significantly worse. That's what's stopping Bostig from doing the same.
