I rutinely do this fuel line change job on vehicles in the Seattle area.  It
take about four hours and cost $220, including the right fuel hose and the
right stainless clamps that are flared and don't cut into the hose.  These
hoses are up to 29 years old now and more and more of them fail and burn up
the car.
