There is more than one configuration of propane tank. Use the actual tank to find the locations for the bolt holes. If I were starting from scratch, I would consider installing the tank under the sliding door, as on the ASI Riviera campers. This moves some of the camper equipment weight to the right side, reducing the "Westy lean," and, IMHO, is more convenient for operation than the Westfalia setup.
