Few if any of these parts are plastic-to-plastic.  Knowing what plastic they
are would help a good bit also.  The Bentley says use MOS2 grease, while the
ETKA says use PolyUrea grease.  For the next year and later, Bentley calls
out CV joint grease, go figure.
