Stephan (BeetSport on the samba) knows who to go to and what they want
to see to get his 1.8T BAR stickers, which once you have shouldn't
cause a problem during smogging, but they are *not* technically legal
in CA either, which is why they cannot obtain a blanket exemption
either.
