My #1 cooking in the Westy rule: don't fry ANYTHING! I pack a small stove for just that purpose. Makes a major difference during biennial thorough cleanings. That said, Costco had a smallish griddle a while back that would have been perfect for that application. Don't know if they still have it or not. Suitable for rustlin' up a mess a pancakes or fried 'taters. Something nice, not too expensive. -- Mike "Rocket J Squirrel" Elliott 84 Westfalia: Mellow Yellow ("The Electrical Banana") 74 Westrailia: (Ladybug Trailer company, San Juan Capistrano, Calif.)
