I've driven there in another vehicle capable of high speed and was passed fairly often at 85-90mph. On the interstate N/S through the California central valley the CHP is very strict about vehicles towing trailers. And they seem to have the Truckers well trained, also, all across California. The CHP is inclined to station units just inside their border and bust vehicles who've missed the 'speed change' as they cross from Or, Az or Nv. They must make lots of $ with these speed traps.
