My #1 cooking in the Westy rule: don't fry ANYTHING! I pack a small stove for just that purpose. Makes a major difference during biennial thorough cleanings.

That said, Costco had a smallish griddle a while back that would have been perfect for that application. Don't know if they still have it or not.

I'm looking for a little cast iron griddle with a grease groove (whatever that's called) that fits well atop the two burners. Suitable for rustlin' up a mess a pancakes or fried 'taters.

Something nice, not too expensive.
