<That IS exactly why I use GPS map programs on my laptop with 15.4 screen which sits on the dash top tray I built. I can see the WHOLE picture or detail at the flick of the curser.>

But how do you use it in real-time unless you have a wi-fi signal? That's where it gets expensive unless you use the wi-fi all the time for other reasons. I have a laptop for the van with wireless, but too cheap for the wi-fi package. Michael in San Antonio 91GL AT 'Gringo' 73 Beetle
