I get it now. The wire from the pulley sensor gets a female end. The wire from the pushrod sensor gets a male end. I guess you don't have the original wires and connector.

The cut wires you show by the license plate go to the other license plate light (there's two wired separately).

Always at your service, brother.

Time for me to get back in the garage and keep taking my motor apart. I'm getting in pretty deep.
