Subject: Responding to Technical Questions On The List

A reminder about Reply or Reply All When a technical question is posed to the list AND you have information or experience that directly pertains to the subject or question, hit Reply All on you email program. That way the information goes back to the entire list. That minimizes redundant responses and more important, puts the answer in the archives where it can be found later by others. If you just hit Reply then the message only goes to the originator of the question. That's great help for that individual but the info doesn't get shared. If you have a response that is NOT directly addressing the question then use Reply, that sends your message to only the originator and keeps the list traffic on topic. I'm posting this because there have been several good responses to my earlier question about 'What Should I See On The Temp Gage?' that came to me only so they are not seen by others that might be trying to get answers to the same question.
