Subject: Syncro Fuel Tank Level Sender should be available again soon!
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed

If you have a syncro the two worst problems you can have (as far as I am concerned) is that your gas tank straps rot and your fuel level sender goes bad. These are problems that usually go together for some reason (probably because if one is rusted badly so is the other). The Syncro fuel tank level sender has been NLA for about two or three years now. No one has made an aftermarket replacement that I can find. However I should be getting some new aftermarket ones from Germany in the next couple of weeks. I think I am going to be able to sell them for around $199 each which is not that much more than they were going for when you could get them from VW back in the day. If you are interested in these please pmail me and I will put you on a waiting list for them. I want to get the first few over (which are already spoken for) and installed before I start selling them to be sure the quality level is good. If someone could forward this to the syncro list that would be appreciated.
