Any two-stage RV-rated LP regulator that provides an output pressure of 11" W.C. (i.e. will raise a column of water eleven inches; around six ounces per square inch IIRC) will do. The original square design, the Marshall Brass 260, is no longer made as stress concentrations led to diaphragm leaks in the corners. The currently available 290 series is a bit longer -- you can just barely bend the lines going to the van enough to fit without crimping them badly.
