It's that easy, although you have to remember that the length of the orifice affects flow rate, so you need to bore out the plug so the orifice itself is fairly thin. But when you get down to drilling a hole that's only six thou in diameter, things get a little interesting. A Post-It note, for example, is about four thou thick. My smallest drill is a number 80, which is .0135 in diameter. That's why I suggested punching through foil for that one. It's a lot easier to come up with a .006 pin with a square end than to find -- or make -- a drill that size.
