If you can't reach the female portion of the connector you might bend the male portion so that it curves like the tines of a fork to improve contact.

Can the push in blade be made to fit more tightly to the receptacle?
How?  This contributes to an intermittent fluctuation in the oil
pressure reading at my gauge.  The blade wiggles around.  Thanks ahead
