Thanks for the confirmation - it's tough finding a replacement at the moment :o(

It's an Emico, and the tech at the smog station was surprised that it had lasted as long as 3 years. That seemed strange to me - are aftermarket cats really that awful?

Nope. I went for a 2 week, 2,500 mile road trip in July, and it's been running better than ever since then.
