Well, if the intent is to sell the other parts, understood.  Perhaps you
were just describing the converter as a heads up, to let a potential
buyer understand that the converter is no good and should not be used,
but comes along with the other stuff.  My concerns with gutted
converters remain (not this one, if it is not to be used), and I DO
consider those who use them to be willfully harming society and the
environment, and thus to be immoral.
