First of all, NEVER respond to any junk mail, EVER. If you do it's an invitation to them to send you more and they forward that information onto other marketers.Responding to those emails verifies your email address and that it's active. In gmail I always send that stuff directly to spam, then go to the spam folder and click on "Delete Forever". I now get 1 or 2 of those in the spam folder per day at most Have you considered joining an online "how-to" group for use of the internet?
