I finally got the engine all hooked up and ready to go in Grover - it will nto fire up - but that isn't my question. I noticed after filling it with coolant that there is leaking near the trans cooler - I checked the hoses and everything is tight and not leaking there. I was wondering if there is a possibility that the seals where it connects to the trans are bad - if they are easily replaceable. I think you all see what I'm getting at - considering the price of replacing that thing I am really hoping it's the possibility there are seal issues - it did not leak before the engine transplant - but we did take the trans out and clean it so I'm open to the possibility I disturbed something while doing that. Any words of wisdom or advice are greatly appreciated. -- Thanks, Jeff '90 Carat (Grover) '86 (We call this one Parts) '78 Bus (Melissa) Patty's Bus |
