Positive attitude is KEY...I know from my own current experience, 'cause I got a frickin attitude and a half recently from the poisons I get fed...There are days when the sky might as well fall, but a hint of sunshine for even a moment will bring you back to fighting mode sometimes..A smile from the granddaughter or a call or email from a friend make a smlile happen and you get stronger for a bit.. Theres aways someone in worse shape to try to help is my theory. Tell them to hang in there and look for the positive in the darkness.
