For the sake of online diagnosis.... :) Was there any difference in how pedal felt when it sank to floor 1st time, and now with new MC installed? Put another way, a mushy (aka spongy = air in system) pedal can be pushed to the limit w/o much effort. But if pedal sinks *easily*, thats a different thing. I would suspect some kind of fault with the MC.
