Repairing the strips is pretty routine. Replacing a terminal onto the glass, probably not so common. Given that it was soldered on in the first place, though, it ought to be do-able if you hold your mouth the right way, preheat the entire window to 350F and so forth. Could also consider drilling two small holes through glass and terminal and use #1 or so hardware to mount it. Not sure how small glass drills come.
