William,

I'm not sure how much of a long shot this is, but I recently had the wrong sized (too small) wheel bearing replaced on the front and when I turned they would push the fluid back in the brakes--thus producing mush every time I turned.

I got the proper sized bearings in and the wobble stopped--brakes firmed right up.

An obviously fix after I realized the wrong size bearings were sent for my '84.

Stay safe,

Bruce
