Dave, You can do some mods, here's what I did on a '90 camper: Went to the junkyard and pulled the rear bench seat out of a passenger van with three matching color headrests. Pulled the upolhstry off the seat back to expose the headrest structure.  Removed the pieces.   I installed the structure and the headrests inside the back of the Westy seat back.  I had to modify the tubes somewhat, by using "U" bolts to clamp the slider tubes to the back of the plywood.  The Westie rear seat back upholstery screws at the bottom on the back facing the rear hatch, and if you're careful after removing the screws you can slide the top upholstery right off.  I carefully cut the top holes and used the plastic pieces from the donor seat back - they clip onto the upholstery at the top of the tubes.  Anyway, it turned out very nice and the headrests came off by pushing the button just like regular to fold the bed. Somewhere I have pictures. I would not make any safety claims, but thought some head/neck support is better than none. No experience with the seat belts.   Madeline Milko III '87 Westie
