It was me. Your parking Brake is taking up the slack in rear adjusters causing your pedal to come up. It would be prudent to inspect rear brakes. If all looks good readjust rear brakes: loosen the parking brake cables, remove clean and lube adjusters, reinstall making sure the horizontal tension spring is the correct side up as not to interfere with adjuster wheel, adjust rear brakes, tension parking brake cable.
