Blue Book is useless IMO on a van this age in great(if it IS) condition.
Blue book does not take into consideration our particular love for the van.
Try to find a blue book on a 1973 Bus and then see if you can find one for
that amount.  Like I said before, I wiuld ask alot of questions about the
van first and also do a search of previous posts of it for sale.  Good
luck.  I would like to have a Carat conversion myself.
