mmmmm.... actually, my question on fuel tanks was generated because I thought I had seen discussion on poorly built tanks (Taiwan?) and some better built (but more expensive) Danish tanks....  maybe I got some discussions mixed up.....? I just need to buy a new tank and wanted to buy the one the list had kinda decided was the best (smartest) purchase.

I think what Rod wanted was weather or not he should buy the "newer" type
with the smaller nipple on the out going line or the older type with the
larger diameter wich accomodated either the square filter or the step down
hose.

Rod correct this if Im wrong.

Inquirering minds want to know. My Van was giving me drama because of the
junk in the gas tank.....So a chnage of tank is in order....hmmm......mine
is an 85 to...
