Tell them it is going to cost $750. If they balk, talk to their
insurance company.

Sorry, but this is a common ploy to avoid paying. I've seen a number
of people get burned by this type of issue. Their insurance is to
cover YOU. Don't let their inability to pay cause you to get burned.
