I doubt that a body shop will do the work for $750, given that we
already know that a bumper costs $500.00 used and repaired. Again, I'd
only be inclined to be lenient if my vehicle was in bad shape already
otherwise -- beat up and so on. If it was a good van, I'd insist on
body shop work, insurance claim or not. If not, I'd insist on payment
up front -- otherwise, insurance. Dave Mc
