You know, if I wanted additional pressure lanterns (which I don't, don't use the ones I have now), I can't imagine that any would be more reliable or provide more light than a Coleman. Coleman makes a lot of junk nowdays (or more likely, imports a lot of junk), but the lanterns and stoves still seem to be excellent. They always were. I have one of the old style, large, two burner camp stoves that my wife and I bought the year we married -- 1968. It's had some parts implants over the years and has been repainted, but it's great. One of my backpacking stoves is an original Coleman Featherlight. It has had one new generator since 1974 -- the year my daughter was born, and it still is excellent. I keep it in my vanagon. Some things just sell for more than their value, and these high priced pressure lanterns seem to be among them.
