I'll answer since I'm familiar with them and it was covered earlier in the =
thread:
Move stalk down to intermittent position and then back up to off. Wait unti=
l desired interval=2C then move stalk back down to intermittent. Interval i=
s now set to the time you waited in between moving stalk down.
