Mr C: Thank you for posting that information. Our van has a little Olympian catalytic radiant heater that can, with time, take the edge off a cold morning. Until you showed how an RV furnace can fit the van, Mr Squirrel (me) was thinking that he'd have to shell out close to USD 1,000 to install something fancy like a Propex if Mrs Squirrel were to need more heating power. I would be loath to give up that bit of cabinet space -- where Mike S keeps his wine rack and I keep my canned goods and a backup bottle of Knob Creek bourbon whiskey* -- but sometimes comfort trumps storage.

================ * For emergency and guest use only. Mr Squirrel does not have the constitution to drink spirits without pretty awful side effects later. Mrs Squirrel might have a sip of Bailey's once a year or so if she's in a party mood.
