Seems like it's ok until it goes below freezing for a day or two, continually. Then you'd better clear out the lines to be safe. I've just emptied my tank, then run the pump dry with good results for the past few years in the Northwest. Do that same thing with my Alaskan camper, though some RV anti-freeze in an almost empty tank and then run the water pumping and drain systems till that is drawn into the lines, that couldn't hurt and might save some work come spring.. Don Hanson For real winter camping, where it remains below freezing, I don't use the vehicle water system...Jugs are easier to keep liquid.
