Some of us who are headed to Buses by the Bridge on Jan 15-17 are planning to gather at Panamint Springs in Death Valley on Jan 8 for a camp out for the weekend. Those interested in traveling together to Lake Havasu will do so. I had originally thrown this out for December but for those going to Lake Havasu this makes more sense. We won't be coming down twice. Those that want to organize something for December are, of course, welcome to do so. Panamint Springs will not be crowded January 8 so it's not necessary to know how many are coming. However in the next couple of months if you have a good idea that you will be attending please let me know as it may be cheaper to book the group camp area that they have recently created. Let me know as you know and if you just want to show up that's fine with me. It sounds like fun and would give us a fun destination on way to Buses by the Bridge.
